The Taylor Planning Commission holds public meetings to answer inquiries and hear requests concerning zoning and land use according to the ordinances of the town. Meetings are scheduled on the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Taylor Town Hall whenever there are agenda items that required commission action. There is a mandatory meeting held quarterly scheduled the last Tuesday of each third month (March, June, September and December) unless an action meeting has been held earlier in the quarter.

Any planned building or structure activity must be reviewed by the Town Building Official to determine conformance to town ordinances and any permits or licenses that may be required. The following form must be completed and submitted to the building official:
